Early arrivals are welcome to join us in the 3rd Floor Atrium Lounge for a Welcome Reception, wine, cheese and other goodies. Conference Registration will be open on the 4th floor so here's your chance to avoid lines on opening morning and get a start on networking.

Ask the Experts. Sustainability's thought leaders are available to speak to small groups of attendees. They will move from table to table, meeting with you in person and answering your questions. Ten tables with eight participants each. If you're interested, you'll be able to sign up for Speed Networking when you register for the Conference on a "first come, first served" basis. Only 80 seats available so get your registration in early. You won't want to miss this special event!
Opening Reception and Martini Bars

Exhibition Area
Free-flowing specialty drink bars will be open in the exhibition area. Come and partake of the truly excellent refreshments while wandering through the expo area. Meet the companies and people here to talk about the greening of the media. You'll be able to use your Conference badge to "order up" information to be sent as pdf files to your email before you leave the Conference. What could be easier…and more fun?
